Pursuant to the Resolution of the National Assembly and relevant legal documents regarding the adjustment of administrative boundaries and the renaming of certain localities, which take effect from July 1, 2025, Kanetora Joint Stock Company respectfully announces the following updates:

Effective from July 1, 2025, the addresses of Kanetora’s offices will be updated as follows:

1. Head Office (formerly in Nam Dinh):

• New address: 25 Van Tien Dung Street, Thien Truong Ward, Ninh Binh Province

2. Representative Office in Hanoi:

3. Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City:

Please note that this change is purely administrative and does not affect:

• The physical locations of our offices

• Our tax identification number

• Our business functions and operations

• Any agreements or commitments made with our partners, customers, or relevant authorities
